The Interprofessional Federation of Tunisian Tourism (FiTT) guarantees the conformity of accredited companies with the following criteria and conditions

Les activités d’agence de voyages de catégorie « B » sont :
- Booking and sale of stays in tourist establishments.
- The sale of tickets of any kind
- – La représentation d’une agence de voyages de catégorie « A » en vue de fournir en son nom ces services.
Les éléments d’accréditation d’une agence de voyages de type B :
- – Disposer d’un capital de 30.000 (trente mille) Dinars Tunisiens
- – Avoir une caution bancaire ininterrompue en guise de garantie de ses obligations professionnelles d’une valeur de 25.000 (vingt-cinq mille) Dinars Tunisiens. Cette caution serait retirée, le cas échéant, sur demande de l’Office National du Tourisme Tunisien, et ce en vue de couvrir les sommes dues en cas de non-exécution de l’agence de voyages de ses engagements vis à vis des clients
- Take out an insurance policy covering his professional civil liability
- Owning or renting commercial premises to house the headquarters and activity of the establishment
- Hold a license or agreement issued by the Ministry of Tourism and the Tunisian National Tourist Office
- To be registered in the Tunisian Trade Register: with precision of the type of activity, the registration number and the date of creation
- Have a tax code
- Proving the employment of staff trained in the travel agency business
- Proving the employment of a staff member of the National Social Security Fund
