D\u00e9finition de l\u2019agence de voyages sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans le tourisme m\u00e9dical\u00a0:<\/u><\/h5>\n

Medical tourism is defined as the travel organization for non-residents who benefit from tourist and medical services in Tunisia.<\/p>\n

Les activit\u00e9s d\u2019agence de voyages sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans le tourisme m\u00e9dical ou\u00a0Agence de tourisme m\u00e9dical\u00a0sont celles des agences de voyages de cat\u00e9gorie \u00ab\u00a0A\u00a0\u00bb tels que pr\u00e9cis\u00e9s par le cahier des charges de l\u2019ONTT ainsi que d\u2019autres activit\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifiques au tourisme m\u00e9dical comme\u00a0:<\/p>\n

  • The organization and sale of packages including travel and medical care for non-resident patients in Tunisia,<\/li>\n
  • Representation of foreign medical tourism agencies wishing to offer packages produced by the Tunisian medical tourism agency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    L\u2019agence de voyages sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans le tourisme m\u00e9dical doit \u00eatre de cat\u00e9gorie A et satisfaire les \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019accr\u00e9ditation d\u2019une agence de voyages de type A\u00a0:- Disposer d\u2019un capital de 100.000 (Cent mille) Dinars Tunisiens<\/p>\n

    • To have an uninterrupted bank guarantee as a guarantee of his professional obligations worth 50,000 (Fifty thousand) Tunisian Dinars. This deposit would be withdrawn, if necessary, at the request of the Tunisian National Tourist Office, and this in order to cover the amounts due in case of non-execution of the travel agency of its commitments towards customers<\/li>\n
    • Take out an insurance policy covering his professional liability<\/li>\n
    • To be the owner or tenant of the commercial space to house the headquarters and the activity of the establishment<\/li>\n
    • Hold a license or agreement issued by the Ministry of Tourism and the Tunisian National Tourist Office<\/li>\n
    • Etre inscrit au Registre de Commerce Tunisien\u00a0: avec pr\u00e9cision du type d\u2019activit\u00e9, du num\u00e9ro d\u2019inscription et de la date de cr\u00e9ation<\/li>\n
    • Have a tax code<\/li>\n
    • Become a member of the Interprofessional Federation of Tunisian Tourism<\/li>\n
    • Prove the employment of staff trained in travel agency activity<\/li>\n
    • Prove the employment of a staff member of the National Social Security Fund<\/li>\n
    • Have a separate organization or department and a separate website specialized in medical tourism. Also a specialized and trained in the sale of medical services and the assistance of foreign patients<\/li>\n
    • Comply with the respect of medical ethics on the website.<\/li>\n
    • Have a partnership agreement with at least one clinic in Tunisia.<\/li>\n
    • Have a minimum of two transport vehicles suitable for the transport of patients.<\/li>\n
